Common questions

The tiles are too small. Open Settings and choose a larger tile size. Bigger tiles mean smaller boards.

I can't tell the tiles apart. Try High contrast, or switch the tile style to Simple shapes in Settings.

No pairs are open. Use Shuffle, clear six tiles from the top, or start the same board again for free.

I saw an ad I didn't like. Use "Report an ad" in Settings, or write to us with the time you saw it.

I bought Premium or Gold on another phone. Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple or Google account.

How do I cancel a subscription? On iPhone or iPad: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.
