By using the game you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.
The game
The game is free to play and shows ads. It is for entertainment only, and nothing in the game has any money value.
Purchases
Premium is a one-time purchase on the store account you bought it with. It removes banner ads and the ads between boards, and opens every theme and tile set in the Premium collection, including ones added later; on iPhone and iPad it also adds extra app icons. New themes may be available to Gold members for up to 90 days before they join the Premium collection. Optional short videos for extra hints stay available, and you only ever see them if you choose to. Large-print and color-blind tile styles are always free.
Gold is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you buy. It includes everything in Premium, unlimited hints, and each new theme on the day it is released. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings: on iPhone and iPad under Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Fair play
Every board can be cleared as dealt. Helpers such as Shuffle never change the board unless you ask. Nothing about you changes the boards you get.
Liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
